BRITISH MESSAGE TO CHINESE GOVERNMENT
(Eeceived 16, 11 a.m.) NANKING. July 15. The British Ambassador to China, Sir H. Knatehbull Hugessen, arrived at Nanking from Peitaho by warship. He conferred with the Chinese Foreign Minister, Mr, Wang Chunghsui, when it js understood that he dejivered a message from the Britieh Government to the Chinese Government.
