Daniline, who are flying from Russia to the United States via the Arctic Circle, sent a radio message about 8 p.m., JNew Zealand time, Tuesday, that all was well and that they were approaching the fringe of the Arctic Circle, following the fourteenth meridian and were making faster time than on the previous fligbt.
