The 160th Division of the Chinese Army has been ordered to entrain for the north. The Japanese are rcportcd to have retreated to Fengtai after a two-hours' bsttle. Fighting is progeedjng in the

VVang Ping Sein area. The Japanese have 32 planets on the Tientsin front. The Governor-Genera1 of Formosa has received warning to place the island on a war footing. Korea is already in this position and similar orders httve been sent to the Japanese naval stations.
