The Foreign Secretary, Mr Anthony Eden, fulfilling a long-standing engagement, took a week-end trip in Lord Kemsley's yacht Princess and visited Deauville where he diseussed with Sir Eric Phipps, British Ambassador to Francei the French opinion regarding Spain. Mr Eden returned to London by" an early train to-day and received from the Foreign Office the results of the week-end 's examination of the methods of reconstruction non-interveii-tion, The Times regards the feeling 'as more hopeful. 1
