(Received 13, 1.0 p.m.) RUGBY, July 12. The Foreign Secretary, Mr Anthony ►Eden dnformed tbe House of Commons that the British Ambassador at Rome duly carried out instruetions to make it clear to the Italian Government that allegations which appeared in the Italian Press that Britain had intervened in the Spanish war were enfcirely without foundation. He also added that the undertaking given by Signor Mussolini that unfriendly coaiments on the Palestine partltion proposals would not be broadcast from the Bari stations had been fully carried out.
