The Daily Telegraph 's Rome correspondent says: The Pope daily takes a drive during the hottest part of the day and appears to enjoy the sun treatment. His asthma has lessened and his strength increased. Broadcasting to 200,000 attending the consecration of the new Basilica to Saint Therese erected at Lisieux, his Holiness delivered the Exordium and added: "1 speak to you as an old father whom prayers have brought back to a new path, but for how long and whither, only God knows.,,
