ROUGH EOBIN CAKE Ingredients : ilb, ground rice, Jlb. flour, pinch of salt, 4oz fat, goz sugar, J teaspoonful carraway seeds, 3oz currants, 3oz raisins, loz chopped candied peel, 1J teaspoonfuls baking powder, about 4 pint of milk. Method : Mix the fiour and salt and rub in the fat. Add all the dry ingredients, the baking powder last of all, and mix to a fairly stiff dough, and bake it in a greased Yorkshire pudding tin. When • cooked, cut into eigbt pieces. Sprinkle with sugar and serve liot.
