Mr R. Cogswell, who has been on the stalt of Messrs Wiljiams . and Kettle, Lld., Waipawa, for the past three years, has left to take up a position in Palmerston North. Mr R, Dawson, cditor of the Central Hawke's Bay Presa. ie shortly to resign in order to take up a positiou on the literary staff of a Wellington newspaper. At yesterday 's meeting of the Central Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board. the chairman, Mr A. C. Russell, wished Mr Dawson the best of success for the future, and board members endorsed his romarke.
