COMPETITION GAMES

There were fewer hockey games than usual on. Nelson Park, Napier, on Saturdlay, and a smaller attendance of the public. There were no senlor men's games, owing. to the representative team being away in (Wellington, and oue of the senior women's games was played at Clive. In the senior women's game at the park both teams played well, but Te Awa forwards showed better combination, in the circle than did Technical O G. and gained a win by three goals to nil.
