Blomfield Beats Don Mclntyre

.AUCKLAND, Last Night. The professional heavyweight wrestliug contest between Lofty Blomfield (Auckland) and Don Mclntyre (America) emled in favour . of Blomfield by two falls'to one, tbe match terminating in the scventh round. The first fall was gained in the fifth round by Mclntyre with a body press following a series of flying tackles and Irisk whips. In the next round Mclntyre sent his opponent sprawling three or four times with flying tackles. Then hc missed with one and he kurtled through the ropes and landed on the staging outside the ring. He lay motionless and had not returned to the ring inside the regulation count of 20. Mclntyre recovcred in the interval but came groggily out of his corner tor the seventh round.
