Millcr, S.M., in tho IS'apier Magistrate's Court this hiorniug as he prosecuted tho Highways ' Trausport Co., Ltd., Palmerston North,- for allowing drivers /to work for continuous periods amounting to more than 11 hours an 24.; As the inspeetor stated that the case had b'een brought as warning,- a conviction waa entered and the defendant was ordered to pay Ooort costs.
