WHALING AGREEMENT
Protection of Some Species .Reeeived 9S 10.50 a.m.) LONIJON, June 8. Representatives of New Zealand, Australia, England, Germany, South Africa, the Free State, the United States, Argentine and Norway signed a whaling agreement providing a ninemonths close season for pelagio whaling, also the absolute probition tbereof in certain areas, also providing that certain species and all whale calves be protected absolutely.
