There were a number of well-filled stalls, and good business was done throughout the day. The ladies in 'charge of the jumble stall had evidently devoted a lot of time to rcnovating and re-making garments, and these found a Teady sale. Several competitions were held, the winners being: Dinner, Mr C. Wolffram; cake, Mrs Baikle; cushion, Mrs Lang, PtiKehou; basket, Mrs Scrimgeour. Those in charge of the various stalls were: Produce, Mesdames Price, Douglas and Price; meat, Mesdames R. H. Tod and Crawley; jumble, Mesdames Bartlett, F. Smith and Berkahn; cakes and sweets, Mesdames Minto, MacDaugall and Harbottlo; afternoon tea, Mesdames Roach, Symmans and Miss Wedd.
