Waipawa Sittings. The monthly sitting of the Waipawa Magistrabe's Court will be held on Friaay next before Mr J. Miller, S.M. The annual statutory meeting of the Waipawa Licensing Committee will be held at the Courthouse at noon, the chairman of the committee being Mr J. Miller. S.M. ✓ Waipawa Rainfall.. The rainfall in Waipawa for the month of May, although extremely useful, was considerably below the average, rain having fallen on 19 days with a total of 2.27 ins. The total to date for 1937 is 9.71 ins. King George Memorial. Donations to the King George Memorial Fund in Waipawa to date amount to £60 19/6. !Lodge Installation. The installation of officers of the Loyal Abbotsford Lodge, Manchester Unity Oddfellows, for the ensuing term will taho place on Friday evening next in Waipawa.
