INVERCARGILL, Last Night A residcnt of Lumsden, Andi*ew Orawford, was badly mauled by a bull this niorning as he was taking thc animal back to tlie paddock from which. it had cseaped. The animal was wallcing along the road quietly when it suBdenlv rushed at Crawford and knocked kini down on the roadway and pushed him about. Fortunately, it was in the directiou of the fence, under which Crawford was ablo to crawl and escapo further iujury though he suffered from extcnsive abrasions on liis body and his clothing was cxtensively torn. A visit lo n cinema is often followed by a headache. Tliis is a certain sign that your eyes have felt and resented unnecessary strain. H. M. Bennett, Optician, ppp. Plaza Theatre, Hastings fcitrect, Napier.
