TENNIS CLUB BALL

^ 'Ihe ball organised by the St. Mary's Tennis Club, and held in the Taradale Town Hall was one of the pleasantest and most successful functions of the kind held this season. There was a very lar'ge attendance, including many visitors from Napier, Hastings, and other districts. The committee had worked energetically and the arr'angements were as complete as possible. The rnusic of modern and old -timo dances was greatly enjoyed as was the supper provided by the ladies of the Catholic Social Committee. Mr M. Morrisey was an efiicient M.C. aiid Mr J. L. Cassiii, a very livp secretary.
