A very pleasant evening was spent at tlie hoine of Miss Maisie Siater on Monday, when the members of the Hastings-N apier branch of the Solway Coilege Old Girls7 Association met at Hastings in honour of Miss Hazel West, whose marriago is to take place on Thursday, and also to welcome a new member, Mrs Harry HarveyGn arrival, Miss "West was presented with a charmdng posy. . Miss Siater, when asking Miss West to aceept a. small gift as a token of the affectioii and appreciation of the members present, expx-essed regret that the branch was losing a valued member, and wished her every happiness in tho future. Those Old Girls present were: Mi&ses M. Siater, H. West, Mesdames E. S. Burkitt, A. Wright, H. Harvey, Misses E. Jarvis, B. Rowe, B. Morice, J. Hennah, M. Hull, B. Northe, M- Hennah, N. Hector-Jones, B. Ball and D. Reeves.
