The official German epokesman, Teferring to Lord Plymouth's proposal to abolish air-bombing in Spain, said' that Germany dn principle favours the prohibition of inHuman warfare, but all such principles mnst be suppressed. It. was uselees to pick out one thus possibly benefiting one side. An unoffieial .opinion received from Italy critdcises the plan owing to difficulties of impartiality.
