WEEK'S PROGRAMME
Following is the programme of events arranged for the Coronation and Borough Jubilee celebrations in Hastings this week: — Tuesday (to-morrow) — Functions at the various primary schools. Wednesday — Open-air gathering of townspeople .and service at Nelson Park, commencing at 1Q;30 o'clock. Hawke's Bay Joekey Club's Coronation meeting at ihe Hastings Raceeourse, commencing at noon. Coronation Ball in rhe Hastings Assembly Hall in the evening.
Thursday — Townswomen's Gvdld will present historical pageant in the Hastings Municipal Theatre, commencing at 2.30 o'clock. Coronation and Jubilee dinner at. 7 p.m. Friday .-T-Complimentary afternoon tea for women's organisations atj 3 o'clock.
