IRISH CONSTITUTION

Draft To Be Considered At Conference (Received 7, 12.80 p.m.) LONDON, May 6. The Prime Minister of the Irish Free State, Mr Eamon de Valera, has forwarded to England and the Dominions a draft of the proposed new constitution which will be discussed at the Imperial Conference. The British Government tentatively examined the document. It oonsiders that the Status of Irish citizens in Britain and the Dominions will at present be unchanged beCause the Cohstitution will be inoperative until it is discussed by the Dail and thence sttbmitted to the electors for their approval. -
