The Daily Telegraph' s Tours correspondent says: In the hope of sighting the Diike of Windsor ahd Mrs Simpson, •nany thous&nds took advantage of the public holiday and floeked to the Chateau de Cande. Cars and charabancs waited patiently for hours, but were not rewarded. Mr Herman Rogers states that wedding presents are. arriving at the Chateau, but they are mostly from unknown people in the United States.
