Russell, Mangatoitoi, Gisborne, rarive in Hastings today to be the guests of Sir Andrew and Lady Russell, "Tunanui." Miss Amy Kane, who has been visiting the Waikato and Hawke's Bay, where she has been attending Distriet Federation meetings of the Women 's Institute, has returned to Wellington. ;Mrs. Ken Guy, who has been visiting Hawke 's Bay, has returned to her home in Portland Crescent, Wellington. Her sister, Miss Pat von Dadelszen, ia at present her guest. At the half-yearly meeting of the Dominion Council of the Plunket Society, held in Wellington last week, Mrs. James Begg, Dunedin, was elected Dominion president, and Mrs. Joseph McGeorge, Dunedin, was elected vicepresident. Mr and Mrs. Dudley Newbigin, Vio toria street, Hastings, are the guests of Mr and Mrs H. E. Harris, Hangaroa. „ Mrs J. Faulkner, Wolsley street, Hastings, is the guest of Mrs Gerald Kemp, Russell street, Hastings, Mrs G. H. Robertson, Victoria Avenue, Wanganui, is the guest of her inoHier, Mrs Aule, of Hastings. Mrs L. • MoBain, London, who has been the guest of Mr and Mrs W. A. Black, Aniahu road, Hastings, left tlns morning for Wellington. Mrs Esdaile,. Lower Hutt, who has been on a short visit to her mother, Mrs J. E. Gleadow, Napier, left today for a week's lioiiday at Morere. She was apcompanied by .Mrs Rosenbauin, of Wellington.
