Mr F. C. Wallis, Waipawa, has left to epend a holiday in Wellington and later dn Auckland. Miss B. Weston, Waipawa, has left on a visit to the Wairarapa. Mr H. T. Limbrick has returned to Waipawa from a holiday yisit to the South Island Mr Tom French, formerly of Wairoa, is to xeturn from Gisborne to fill the position of stoek inspector, left vacant by the transfer of Mr R. de B. Hill to Stratford. Mr T. G. Packer, Morrinsville, is on a visit to Wairoa. Mr and Mrs L. Lange, Hastings, have taken up residence in Wairoa. Messrs A. Porry and A. E. Perry, Wairoa, have returned from Wellington. Mr R. S. Bailey, of tho Publae Works Department, Napier, is on transfer to the position of senior clerk at Tuai hydro-eleetric station. Alr E. O 'Keefe, Mohaka, is on holiday in Napier. Mrs J. N. Andrew, and the Misses Andrew, Wanganui, are visiting the Morere hot springs. Mr A, Thompson, Masterton, is Visiting Morere. Mr W. Bowse, Waikaremoana, is visiting Hastings, returning by way of Taupo and Rotorua. Mr and Mrs J. Wills, Sydney, are visiting relations'in Wairoa. Mrs J. Wilson has left for Gisborne after a holiday spent with Mr and Mrs J. M. Osler, Wairoa. Mrs J. Black, Te Puke, is on a visit to Mr and Mrs M. P. Chapman, Wai matai, Frasertown. Mrs L. Mitchell, Westport, who has been on a visit to Mrs W. Mogridge, Wairoa, has returned home. Mr Les. Staggard, Opotiki, visited Wairoa during the week-end. ; Mr R. Mogridge, who has been in Wairoa on sick leave, has returned to Napier. Messrs W. Delautour and H. Bayly, junr., have returned from a trip to Australda. Alr N. Hendricks, Opotiki, visited Wairoa at the week-end.
