Maori In Hospital With Broken Arm LONG TIME~UNGONSCIOUS
(By
CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Mystery surrounds the death in hospital early this morning of Huri Taiaroa, a Maori, aged 43, of Taumutu. He was admitted to hospital over two rnonths ago, ostensibly with a broken arm, but some time after admission he became unconscious and lay in that state until he died suddenly. There are allegations that a "setto" occurred among several Maoris, as the result of which Taiaroa ^reeeived the injury which caused his admission to hospital.
