CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Causing apprehension out of all proportion to their magnitude, thrOe small earthquake shoeks rocked Christchurch citizens out of their sleep early this mornifig. The tremots were small ones and were felt so distinctly only because of the nearness of the earthquake centre, that was situated at sea of? Akaroa Marbour, 40 miles away from the Christchurch Magnetie Observatory.
