WAIPAWA, This Day. A meeting of the Waipawa Health Stamp .Committee was held last even!ng, the Mayor, Mr C. G. E- Harker, x»r t ;ding over Messrs F. M. lickner, W. Hewke, Rev. F. W. Robertson, W. E. Yatets and F. Holt. The resignations of the Rev. A. OJones, who has left the district, from the position of secretary, and that ot Mr W. E. Yates, yho is on transfer to Dannevirke, were received with regret. It was decided that circulars be sent out in connection with the campaign to raise funds for the King George V. Memorial Fund. The chairman of the School Committee for the time being was appointed as a permanent member of the committee, and Mr E> Kingston was appointed to carry out the duties of secretary (pro tem.).
