Conference Opcns To-morrow

WELLINGTON, Last. Night. Nearly 300 delegates representing labour industrial organisations in many parts of the Dominion will attend a conference in Wellington on Wednesday. The object is to devise one national body to control industrial labour fhroughout the country in placo of the numerous authorities at present in existence. For some time certain groups in the movement have been at odds and there is a desire in the ranks of labour that factions shall end. The constitution draf ted at a previous conference between the Wellington Trades and Labour Council and t.he AlUance of Labour will be the basis of discussion. The Acting-Prime Minister (Hon. P.
