WANGANUI, This Day. 8he men at Kempthorne, Prosser's fertiliser works at Aramoho went on strike this, morning, it is understood for higher rates of pay. A meeting of the strikers is being held this afternoon. In the meantime the Columbia arrived at Castlecliff with rock phosphate, but was unable to discharge as no one was available to unload the trucks at the works.
