WAIPAWA, This Day. At the Waipawa County Coum-il meeting held yesterday, Mr C. Thornsen, of Ashley Clinton, was appointed to take the place of Mr R. A. Fraser as one of its two representatives on the Waipawa Hospital Board. The chairman (Mr N. M. Paulsen) said that a letter of resignation 6ad been received from Mr Fraser prior to the council 's last meeting, but as the Hospital Board had iiot been notified the matter eould not be dealt witb thsn, *
