WAITAWA, THIS Day. The weather on Saturday afternoon was delighted for outdoor sport, although a strong breeze interfered considerably with play on the Waipawa bowling green, where there was a very good attendance of members. The results of games played are as follow: — Petherick, Holt, Parkin, Patterson 17 ; Noell. Fletcher, Clark, Critchley 14. Hawlcs, Eagle, Walker, McKay 27; Kingston, McDonald, Harker, Holt 8. The junior championship has been awarded to W. J. Miller, who has secured one more win than Mclntosh , the runner-up. The winner will hold the junior championship for the ensuing year.
