WAIPAWA, This Day. There was a very good attendance of officers and members at the fortnightly meeting of the . Ruataniwha Lodge U.A.O.D. held at Waipawa on Tuesday evening, Bro. A. Watson, A.D., presiding. Sick pay and accounts were passed for payment, and the correspondence inwarcf and outward dealt with. Sister E. Pedersen DP., who was the Lodge's delegate to the recent biennial Grand Lodge conference, gave a very interesting and instructive account of the business transacted at that assembly. On the motion of P.A. Bro. Halford, Sister Pedersen was accorded a hearty vote of tlianks for her address. The D.P. installed Bro. J. Griffin into the O.G. ehair as he was absent on tbe night of the installation of officers.
