At Least 12 Killed in Southern O.S. RAIN AND FLOODS 1 ~ WASHINGTON", Xpril 6. ~ A message from Atlanta Springs says that storms killed at least 12 in southern Staies and injured 50 on the iirat anniversary of the .tornadoes killin s? 450. The wind raged through Tennessee. and Texas but the brunt was borne by Alabama, where six are dead. Buildings toppled, trees were uprooted and wires are down. There was also heavy rain and flood warnings have been issued at Alabama,
