Aged Woman Dies in Hospital

j 'AUCKLAND, Last Night. ! Severe head injuries as the result of pn alleged attack caused the death in jthe Auckland Hospital late this afterpioon of Mrs. Mary Gage-Brown. She ;was aged 87 and a resident of Epsom. p[t is alleged Mrs. Gage-Brown was iattacked at her home yesterday morning and that the injurie3 were inflicted to her head with a four-pound scale ■preight. Ifc is stated that Mrs. Gage-Brown '& husband was discharged from a mental hospital only three weeks ago, his wife giving an undertaking that she would not hold the authorities Tesponsible fori anything that might happen in the future. i After the woman had been attacked she was rushed to the Auckland Hospital and her husband was taken, back to the mental hospital, .
