AMERICAN MODEL GOWNS
Very charming American model gowns for day and evening wear are at present being displayed by Miss JLathlene Hickson at the Carlton Club Hotel, Hastings. Each gown is quito exclusive iu colour and design and prices range to suit eacli person' s purse. The evening gowns ai'e quite perfect in style and material, deep rich shades, paler tones and white in satins, taffetas, net and cloqu© besides floral materials. There are also two-piece evening gowns, cocktail and party frocks and more simple fine wool gowns for. day time wear. Early in April Miss Hickson expects winter coats and suits to arrive from Canada and these will be trimmed wi% very distinct C'anadian furs. Those who have not had an opportunity to view Miss Hickson' s display this week will be pleased to hear that she intends to establish her headquarters in Hastings and hopes that everyone will inspect her new season's goods when they arrive.
