WAIPAWA FAREWELL FOR GIRL CLUB MEMBER

The members of the Waipawa Presbyterian Girls' Club assembled to say farewell to" the Misses Joan and Olive Fissenden, who are shortly leaving Waipawa for Dannevirke. The gathering took the form of a short "hike," in which all the girls joined, followed by games and supper in the vestry. A competition was won by Miss B. Kingston. On behalf of the club, Mrs. Bobertson presented eaeh of the guests of honour with a crystal vase, expressing regrefc at their departure and wishing them every success in the future.
