MRS A. HETLEY GUEST AT FAREWELL BRIDGE PARTY
Mrs A. Hetley was guest of honour at a bridge party given on Friday! aiternoon by Mrs V. W. Cox at her home in Thompson road, Napier, as a farewell. Mrs Hetley leaves nest month on an extended visit td England. Mrs Cox received in a smart model frock of n aVy sTTk marocaih and the guest of honour wore floral Silk orepe with hat to tOne. Mixed flowefs in autumn colourings, decorated the drawing^oom,, where tables were set for bridge. A delicious afternoon tea was fiefved. Thefe Were present: Mesdames Y. W. Cox, A. Hetley, F. N. Fussell, St. Lawrence, John Mason, E. Eickard, H. Humphries, D. D. Bailey (New Plymouth), E. L Sutton, H. F. Bernau, G. F. Gardiner, Hector Smith, H. E. Troutbeck and S. Scoular.
