Fussell, St. Lawrence, John Mason, E. Eickard, H. Humphries, D. D. Bailey (New Plymouth), E. L Sutton, H. F. Bernau, G. F. Gardiner, Hector Smith, H. E. Troutbeck and S. Scoular.
