(Received 10, 8.45 a.m.) WASHINGTON, March 9, [ Refusing to penetrato the picket line of striking employees of the Willard Hotel, the so-called residence of presidents, Mr John Lewis cancelled his address at Labour's Non-partisan League meeting in the hotel 's ballroom, The leader of the sit-down strikers offered to withdraw the picketB to permit Mr Lewis to enter, but the Committee of Industrial Organisation leader said he approved of the strike and therefore would not enter the meeting which continued without the principal speaker. *
