(Received 9, 11.55 a.m.) BERLIN, March 8. Uader the Nazi philosophy, right is whatever eerves the community. A lawyer in the Weimar Court pleaded. that in shooting a dangerous and deanented son a father had not harmed the community. The Court refused to pass the death penalty and sentenced the father to three years' imprisonment. The father admitted shoo.tlng his sleeping son because he was a menace to the villagers.
