Between 1500 a'nd 2000 women; wives of officers in the .Soviet army, gathered in Moscow-one day recently to discuss the • organisation and work of the women 's auxiliary formed to aid the arrny in peace and war. It is said that wives of ariny officers and N.C.O. 's include 25,000 trained nurses, 13,000 expert rifle shots, 6000 experts in anti-gas training, and 1000 horsewomen. ,
