ORMONDVILLE, Last Night. j. The Sunday School. picnie of the j Church of the Epiphany was held on I Monday afternoon, 31 children being j present and a good number of parents and other friends. Games and races I took place dnring the afternoon, and I after a substantial tea the prize-giving I took place. I School Excurslon. I A school excurslon to Napier took I place on Wednesday. It was not as I largely patronised as ueual, though a I fair nnmber came in from. Norsewood. Good Prices for Sheep. I There has been great activity lately j among sheepfarmers. An unusual number of 'fats has been sent away by train, and at a recent sale in the Norsewood yards, breeding ewes realised np to 37/6, and one line of I speeially good ones brought in by Mr Fred Ellingham fetched £2 per head.
