ASHBURTON, This Day. The Hon. R. Semple to-day had an experience of the value of old cars. His own broke down about four miles south of Ashburton, the Minister being towed into town by an old model rattletrap of tbe class he has been condemning. Mr Semple immediately hired another car and proceeded northward,
