Bank Agrees to Inquiry ABERHART'S ACT VOIDED (Received 24, 1.45 p.m.) EDMONTON, Feb. 23. The Bank o Canada has agreed to the Premier's, Mr W. Aberharfc's r«quest for a probe into Alberta's finances. The Supreme Court has declared the second Social Credit Act reducing interest on Alberta bonds unconstitutional.
