HASTINGS DEBT CASES

Alan Owen Terrick, £3 5/-, costs 18/6 ; A. Joncs v. H. Lambert, £2 3/1 costs £1 4/6; A. Christie and Sons v. H. H. Hutchinson, £8 16/-, costs £1 10/6. On a judgment summons, J. Duwsott was ordered to pay E. O, McDermott £3 3/6 forthwith, in default i'our days' impnsonment.
