Pellow, 8/6, costsli/-; the Dynite Battery and Electrical Go., Ltd., v. N. B, Henderson, £1 4/U> costs 8/-; the Wm. Fleissner Electrical Co., Ltd., (in liquidafcion), v. N, B. Henderson, 11/7, costs 8/-; C. Griffiths v. B. G. Armstrong, £3 14/6, costs 8/-; W. H. Walker and Sons v. C. C. Gilbert, 7/1, costs 8/-; the Tourist Motor Co., Ltd., v. Alan Owen Terrick, £3 5/-, costs 18/6 ; A. Joncs v. H. Lambert, £2 3/1 costs £1 4/6; A. Christie and Sons v. H. H. Hutchinson, £8 16/-, costs £1 10/6. On a judgment summons, J. Duwsott was ordered to pay E. O, McDermott £3 3/6 forthwith, in default i'our days' impnsonment.
