Royal Christening With Water From Jordan VICTORIA'S ROBE WORN
EUGBY, Feb. 9. The infant daugbter of the Duke and Duchess of Kent was chxistened in tha porivate johapel at Buckhogham Palace. The eighfc god-parents for the little Princcss were the Eing and Queen,.Queen Maude of Norway, Princess Nicholas •' of Greeee, Prineess Olga, Princess Beatrice, the Earl of Athlone and Count Toerring. The little prineess was ehristeued with Jordan water which was brought Bpecially to this country and placed in a gold font from Windsor Castle. The christening robe, of white silk and Brussels laee, was that used at Queen Victoria's bapfcism.
