PROVINCIAL PERSONALS
Mrs H. Stevens, Te Karaka, is vi^iting Wairoa and staying with Mrs Boy Duley. ^ Miss Nancy Dwight, Waipawa, left yesterday on a holiday visit to Christchurch. Messrs L. Rosenheldt and F. W. Jones, Wairoa, were recent visitors to Gisborne. Mr Newton Alexander has been r elected patron of the Nuhaka Sports Club, and Mr M. R Shaw, president. Mr R. Schwass is seeretary, and Mr P. J. Brewster, treasurer. Mr P. Dahlberg, Norsewood, has returned from Christchurch, where he has been vlsiting relatives. Mr Alf. Dahlberg aceompanied him, and is the guest of his uncle and aunt, Mr and Mrs P. N. Dahlberg. Miss Faith Lawrence, Hastings, is spending the holidays with her parents, Mr and Mrs W. Lawrence, Tipapakuku. Mrs Williamson, of Auckland, (formerly Nurse Frenchleyj who did good work in the country districts during the 1918 influenza epidemic) has been revisiting Wairoa and left on Tuesday moming for Auckland via Waikaremoana-Rotorua.
