HAUMOANA TENNIS CLUB

The monthly meeting of the executive of the Haumoana Tennis Club was held last night at Mr J. Low 's residence. Mr George Inglis presided over Mrs Low and Miss Templeton, MeSsrs Haggerty and Horton. A letter was received from Miss T. Douglas tendering "her resignation on account of her leaving the district. It was decided to write to Miss Douglas expressing regret at her resignation and at the same time conveying to her best wishca for the future. It was decided to liold a ca.rd partv. The committee .expressed congratulations to its team on winning the first round of the Associated Tennis Clubs' shiold.
