Hastings Man Buys One

WAIPUKURAU, This Day. Farm property continues to change hands fairly readily in Central Hawke's Bay. Three recent saies are ; An area of 800 acres of good fiat country in the Argyll distriet, owned by Mr W. Henderson, Waipukurau, which has been sold to Mr B. Douglas. 'Hastings. This is excellent sheep and cattle country^ well fenced and watered. Another is the property owned by Mr H. Sibley, also in Argyll, oomprising 400"acres o± excellent bullock-fat-tening country, drained swamp and all in good grass. Mr Piummer, Dannevirke, has purchased 700 acres in the Argyll distriet from Mr H. Law. This farm is likely to be improVed greatly ; by the sowing of subterranean clover..
