EGMONT-WANGANUI HUNT
MEETING AT WAVERLEY.
The meet on Saturday for the Egmont-Wanganui Hunt Club was at Mr P. Aiken’s homestead, Waverley, when good sport was enjoyed in cold, clear weather. The jumps were carefully prepared and this was much appreciated by all the riders. Hares were plentiful and sport very keen and exciting. The members were indebted to Messrs Aiken, Watkins and Belton for the use of their farms.

Next - Wednesday the "meet -will take place at the homestead of Mr W. McL’Dowic on the Hastings Road, Matapu, where the hunting will be over his property and Messrs J. O’Sullivan’s, R. Burke’s and G. Preece’s adjoining .
