Ma.rMey, owner and trainer, for dishonoarable conduct in connection with the runirtiihg oif the racehorse Spherical in the Rbtbsay Trial Stakes at Flemingiton on June 3. Evidence was that a tirncc was a.dmi nLstered by somebody to SpheajieaL M. Bcairke. part-owner of Spherical, was fined £25 for negligent supervision of the hors.e.
