At a meeting of dairy factory employers held in Stratford the general question of the davisability of a cut in the wages of assistants and hands in Taranaki dairy factories was considered. After discussing the question and exchanging views for and against, the meeting decided that it' was not advisable to make any move, and the matter was left in the same position as before.
